Shipping Keepsakes
I do ask that you do not send me all you have of your keepsake (breastmilk, ashes, placenta powder, hair, etc.). This is to ensure that you are able to have a backup should something happen. When shipping your keepsakes please DO NOT request a signature at delivery. I do have a locked box so your keepsakes will be safe when delivered. At this time I do offer local drop off and pick up located in Greenbrier Count, West Virginia.Â
Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email with detailed shipping/drop off instructions. If you did not receive this order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Sometimes it likes to hang out there.Â
How to ship?
Please ship all keepsakes double bagged in a padded envelope!
 If you are sending multiple keepsakes, please double bag those keepsakes separately and attach your name and order number on the outside of those bags as well. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged items caused by postal service.Â
 How do I send cremations?
Cremations by law are required to be sent priority express which costs around $26.35 I only ask for a small amount of cremations per piece (about a teaspoon amount per keepsake is plenty). Please DO NOT send more than what is needed. If there are any ashes left over I will send the remaining cremations that i have not usedback home with the finished keepsakes. Or if there is a small amount you can add another keepsake to use the rest of the cremations.Â
